(A) Even though it is not necessary for people to use cosmetics, cosmetics are also being tested on sentient animals.

(B) Medical science already has at its disposal a great number of drugs and other treatments for serious illnesses.

(C) It is not possible to obtain scientifically adequate results by testing drugs in the test tube, without making tests on living tissue.

答案：E。想请教下A为什么不对呢？请nn多多指教：）

有两点理由：

1.A没有从F的观点角度出发去反驳G，因为F提到了“动物会遭受痛苦的感受”，G说“为了救人这些痛苦是值得的”，而A中的化妆品可谓离题万里，不知所云。

2.一般而言，不要选择类比的答案，如果要选，选项不许说明类比二者有相关方面的相似性，或者没有更好的用precise terms描述的答案可选而类比答案又在常识中具有相关方面相似性。

反观E答案，是很完美的反驳。既坚持了F的观点即“不给动物带来痛苦”，又驳斥了G“痛苦可以避免，但仍然可以救人性命”。

我明白E是说这种动物实验其实是不必要的，因为有更好的方式既不残忍也同样有效。A选项我的理解是虽然可以用来攻击G的观点，但是不是从F的观点引申即承受痛苦的角度说的。不知我这样理解是对的吗？谢谢Linglee的指教：）

A的用词很模糊，它只说在动物身上实验化妆品，但是是否会带来痛苦却没有提及，何况，化妆品和药物之间的区别还是很明显的，这里并没有说明为何可以作此类比，所以A和E之间的区分度还是很大的。

不如看看LSAT的逻辑，比这个要难不少。到时候再看这个就容易分辨了。
