【求NN指点】陈向东第五章归纳P250 第18题

请各位NN帮忙正解：
答案说选A（没有解释），但是我怎么觉得是A是错的呢？两年失业率相同，1984年公营部门失业增加超过私营部门就业增长人数，不是意味着失业人数增加，失业率的分子增加分母劳动力人数也应该是增加的吗？
Figures issued by the government of a certain country show that in 1980 the public sector and the private sector each employed the same number of people. Between 1980 and 1984,according to the government, total employment decreased in the public sector moe than it increased in the private sector.
If, according to governmental figures, the unemployment rate in this country was the same in both 1980 and 1984, which of the following statements must be true about this country?

A Fewer people were in the labor force, as counted by the government,in 1984 than in 1980
B The competition for the available work increased between 1980 and 1984
C The government's figures for total employement increased between 1980 and 1984
D The number of people counted by the government as unemployed was the same in 1980 adn 1984
E In 1984 more people sought work in the private sector than in the public sector.

好讨厌数学逻辑题，想了好久。
的确是选A。楼主看清楚题目哦，80年的时候public和private的雇佣人数相同，然后80-84年；两者都下降了，那么84年肯定employ人数比80年少……

题目不是两者都下降哦，是公营部门下降，私营部门上升，只是前者降幅大于后者增幅，但这个变动只是就业人数不是劳动力总人数，和A不是一个概念啊
