请教一道IR计算题，官网SAMPLE。numbers of faculty and student...

我自己的数学功底比较薄弱，对于这题的第二问，OA是第四项，不明白是如何得出的，求各位大大指点：谢谢！
题目截图在附件里，不知道怎么直接贴图。
如果能直接贴上，应该更方便大家看，不好意思。

唔，这题应该是这么算的：faculty in 1999 =5500/R（这个你已经求出来啦），则faculty in 2004=5500/R * (1+F/100) ==>因为题目说F代表percent change in the number of faculty, 并且从1999到2004faculty是增加的
students in 1999 = 5500 (已知), 则students in 2004=5500*(1-S/100) ==>因为题目说S代表percent change in the number of students, 并且从1999-2004 students是减少的

所以第二问求students per faculty member in 2004，就是计算
[5500/R*(1+F/100)] / [5500*(1-S/100)] 化简就是D了 :-)

谢谢指点！思路有了。只是可能截图不太清楚：
第四项是（100+S/100+F）R
第五项是（100-S/100+F）R
第五项是（100+S/100-F）R

OA的符号是两者都是正的。
我自己顺着思路来，也觉得和楼上mm说的一样，应该S用减号。则应该选第5项。。。
题干中对F和S的叙述是：“F and S represent the percent change in the number of faculty and students, respectively”
这个percent change看不出来应该加还是减啊。。。

自己刚才又看了一遍题目，明白符号问题了：后面对X的算法注解其实已经表示，学生数量是减少，则按这个算法算出来的S值本身就是负值了，所以用加号！
