北美的XDJM们：改变国籍对申请有影响吗

我已经入籍加国，我在申请的时候，学校是把我算做中国申请者还是算做加国申请者？

Don't worry...Canadian is also international...So, it won't change a lot.

It is different.

Some schools (at least in Canada) consider geographical distribution. If I am considered an applicant from China, I will have to compete with so many excellent Chinese; however, if I am considered an applicant from Canada, I will only compete with Canadians.

Unfortunately, as far as i talked to top 5's admission officer in MBA tour, you will be competing with all the people from china, in some cases you're even in a disadvantage state. Ironically, your chances of getting a second tier school will dramatically increase if you have canadian passport, judging from the tone i get from a seconder tier school's adm officer.

Yeah, you may right..you're competing with Canadians. However, how can you compete with their language and working experience?

There are less Canadians than Chinese to apply, so ...

Hehe...sorry I didn't explain it clearly. In our school, only 6 Canadians, but total with 26 Chinese students...So, it's really hard to say..
