This is a tricky question which fooled me before.

The conclusion is that it is a waste of money to orderfollow-up x-rays of ankle fracturesinitially judged stable.

If C) is right, then no need for review since the results have been REVIEWED by different orthopedists already.

可是看到C很自然的反应，怎么可能被其他医院的医生review，关他们毛事……

忘记问题中“If True”了，可是真的看得很不合理。
