請問這題答案選E能不能說是因為
雖然跟1985申請教職工作的人數比起來1990’s的人數降低，但是因為1990’s申請的人數還是有高過職缺(縱使職缺相較1985年有增加)，所以不會有教職人員短缺的問題。
是這樣解釋嗎?
