为啥E不对呢如果公司这些人被independent supplier 雇走了势必公司执行生产能力就要下降利润不能达到最大化不也是削弱么？因为记得有一道题与此题类似有个差不多貌似是正确选项解释因为公司把一些低成本的东西外包出去公司才有更多能精力去花费在利润高的项目上从而使得利润最大化。
求帮助求赐教求轻拍！！！

---首先E中讲的是hires members of the company’s staff who formerly“既然已经都离开了，那么你推理中“被independent supplier 雇走了”就不成立了。

然后讲讲我做这题的思路，先看题目：
首先讲了个背景，现在有OS（外包）这样的个策略（措施），就是从独立供货商那获得自己公司以前做的产品
因为呢，公司的目的就是利益最大化；
所以呢结论就是：只要有任何（any)从供货商做的产品比自己做的便宜的话就得用OS（外包）这个策略。

问weaken

A：如果通过独立供给者获得产品，公司可以利用他们之间的竞争（竞争油很多种，其中包括价格战，所以有点加强的意思）
B：要想OS 策略成功，公司把自身的重要信息透露给供应者不可避免（指出外包策略的缺点，核心信息的外泄势必影响公司的利益，weaken）
C：某些任务，如办理薪水单，常用OS 策略，而其他，如核心业务，不采用 (算是把外包策略的具体实施细节和注意的地方讲了下，无关）
D：若公司想自己供应跟独立供应一样有效，公司的经理还必须是相关行业的专家（也就是讲了下独立供应商的经理优势，加强）
E：公司采用独立供应时，独立供给者有可能雇佣以前在该公司工作的员工（员工走都走了，who care!无关）

本题类型：目的---措施型，B削弱的方式：指出措施的缺陷

我觉得是你理解错E的意思了，
外包公司并不是把员工挖走，而是调用员工

感觉应该是员工换工作了以前在公司工作跑到independent supplier 那里工作了调用的话也可以按照我那意思理解了

外包是有这种形式的。。。借用原公司员工，既提高了工作效率（因为在原项目上有经验），又不会增加工资支出（并不用本公司+外包公司支付双重工资）

那意思就是外包的供应商可以雇佣还在公司职位的员工去生产产品了么？那不正好我那解释E可以weaken了！- -！！

没有呀- -这样不是由有效率由不增加支出吗加强了呀
