issue:
the primary goal for the techonogical advancement is to make people more efficiency so they can have more leisure time.
argument:
B constuction company find out that people desire to have big family room and big kitchen in their house. also their competitor company C sales homes with big fmaily room and big kitchen faster and at a higher price. so B company decide to build all the houses to have above mentioned two features. on top of that, B company reveals that recent buyer think the don't need a seperate dining room to have dinner.
