自由的问题：结合题目和答案，我没明白OG里上面想表达什么意思。而且从上面字面的含义，我觉得OG的解释方向好象也很牵强，自由自己的理解是，A和C属于原文没有提到的内容，C没提到原文的内容，而A是对原文含义的篡改。

上面的两个否定词，到底否定哪个句子的成分呢？这个自由个人认为很重要，因为否定词不管在语法还是阅读中都有举足轻重的作用，谢谢大家的宝贵帮助。

(A)对照原文的premise: Meteorite explosions occur about once a century.

(C)对照原文的premise: The response to unexpected circumstances is unpredictable.

因此OG说Choices A and C cannot be inferred, 跟你的解读一样

至于no meteorite explosion will occur within a century就跟上述的(A)一样

这边不能看成双重否定(不知道是不是你所指的), 因为这里用了个since从句表因为

对于CR-10的A和C的解释(Choices A and C cannot be inferred since it is consistent with the stated information that no meteorite explosion will occur within a century and that an appropriately designed nuclear defense system might be able to distinguish nuclear from meteorite explosions.)，应注意这里的it。it为形式主语，真正的主语是“that no meteorite explosion will occur within a century and that an appropriately designed nuclear defense system might be able to distinguish nuclear from meteorite explosion”,即A和C选项所述内容的反义，即A和C的否命题。这里的句型是：it is + 形容词短语 + that引导的主语从句。

（下面的一段是我个人对OG对A和C解释的理解，可能费解，大家不读也罢，但这段话反映了OG的解释表面简单，其实却暗藏杀机，我们不可不察。唉，思维过程很简单，好像被我越说越复杂了。）
