28. Firearm Rights
V1某个地方颁布法令允许业余人士持有某种gun, the injuries caused by the gun ballooned. Because the number of amateurs who use the gun has increased and the number of professionals who use the gun remains the same,政府认为加强对amateurs使用gun训练可以decrease injuries. 问有助于evaluation的选项，whether__A是 any currently existing classes to train amateur to use the gun. D是是amateurs的数量增加了但是injuries caused by amateurs没有增加，E amateurs使用hammers造成的injuries减少，用guns造成的injuries增加。其他不记得了。

我觉等应该是D

正好在整理罗技~顺便给点儿我的意见吧

无论问evaluate还是weaken，题目的重点在于那些injury by nail gun是不是amateur造成的！？V1的D选项是说如果知道了Amateur增加了但是这些人的injury没增加，那就跟这些人无关。而V3说那些professional用枪人的数量下降，而受伤人数stable,那么证明这些人里受伤人数/professional总人数（减少后的）就大大上升了，所以那个用枪造成伤害的人增加了三倍可能是这个原因引起的，所以跟amateur无关，训练他们没用啊。（个人理解）
