有一道题，想了半天没有理解答案。求解答97.V1【查拉图斯特拉】某国用horse记长度，1horse-4inch,举例，26inch=6horse+2inch=6.2inch,去年什么东西是12.3horse,今年比去年多了3inch,问今年多少（数字可能有出入）
Tip:注意这里小数点后不是1/10的意思

V2【现在会不会太晚】那个单位其实是 hand, 用来衡量马的高度。然后1hand =4inches. 说是去年某马 15.3hand，然后今年增加了3 inches, 问某马今年多高了？（我选的 16.2)

选 C , reasoning: 58 inches = 14 house 2 inches, so 4inches = 1 house, so 15.3 houses= 15*4+3 =63 inches, this year it will be63+3=66 inches, which is 16.2 houses,
Please pay attention to A, which is not correct, since in this measurement,once it reaches 4 inches, it will add to 1 horse, "逢4进1"!!!
如果是四进一的话，2inch不是应该等于0.5horse么。。。为什么变成了0.2horse？
