求大家指点，怎么区分leadership和teamwork

各位牛牛，求大家指点，小弟正在准备面试，leadership 和 teamwork 是必须的两个问题。但是我准备起来就挺困惑。

都说好的leadership是不在被任命的情况下才算是真正的leadership，所以就是在一个team里面做出贡献，最后lead这个team或者project。

但是讲一个teamwork的经历，不可避免会说到对team的贡献啊之类的，似乎和leadership重合了。

求牛牛们指点

个人认为:

leadership: the ability to make decisions, to delegate responsibilities, and to motivate others.

teamwork: the ability to communicate, to contribute, and to work with one another.

同上，补充点
个人觉得leadership更注重能直接给公司带来什么样的的contribution,能直接反映到上级的；
teamwork更注重能直接给team带来什么样的contribution

"都说好的leadership是不在被任命的情况下才算是真正的leadership"--这个说法有问题, 现实生活中都得有人任命你是某个team或是项目的leader, 你才有机会表现自己的leadership, 否则别人谁听你的啊:-)

Leadership is involved in every aspect of the work.
When uou work in a teamwork, you need to demonstrate your leadership;
when you face to a stressful situation, your leadership style helps you find a solution;
when you are having an ethical dilemma, your leadership should lead you to the bright side;
and when you have achievements, your leadership shines as you share the glory with the team members.

leadership这个的话你可以看看21 laws of leadership，这是一个比较意会难以言传的东西。但是如果表现出来，那么leadership，在我看来，就是影响力。从积极地角度讲，就是影响和调动他人的能量，指引方向的人。这个如果有时间还可以看看lord of rings,里面每个character都有自己很独特的leadership，但是最猛的leadership就是frodo，因为丫不懂什么叫做放弃。

而且其实不同的人和不同的经历对于leadership的理解可以很大的差别。在哈佛essay那本书里，大兵那篇leadership其实讲的就是the loneliness of leadership。只要能说的有深度，到位，你可以说任何的软性东西都是leadership。

同意。2楼说的也不错，如果同时有这两题非要明显地分开来的话。
不然的话，contribute in the team/ make an impact with strong interpersonal skills 也是广义的leadership
而teamwork可以更强调collaborate吧。
不过确实在准备故事的时候比较偏重于leadership，纯teamwork的故事比较难准备。万一被问到了就拿一个leadership as a team member 的事情说吧。在teamwork 故事中也可以体现leadership啊
