一般面你的人都不是读你文章的人（我的几个面试官都这样告诉我的），所以你要做的事情就是把essay重新组织一下，用比较生动的口语讲故事。
如果面试官读过你的文章，重复也没关系，他们能理解，consistent就行。

Yes my friend, you can and should use the same examples! After all, most interviews are blind, which means that they have likely not even READ your application before the interview! And even if they have, they likely have also read…THOUSANDS of other apps in the meantime. So your repeating your stories from the application is just fine. In fact, since they are likely your best stories, that is exactly what you should do! Good luck my friend…
