我选的是C。
对于A，首先：觉得produce 后面少it.. 总不能跟后面共用 produce it understandable吧。
再来：觉得it 知道的不是research，而是the nature of language。。。。不知道对不对

请大家给解释一下。

C:"by which it is produced and understood"中的which指代the processes不合逻辑：processes可以produce research,但不能understand research

我们举例： This book makes the topic understandable. ----
The topic is understand by the book.
大家看到a和c的区别了吧。。。

我还是觉得选A啦，C句式复杂而且by the process我觉得说不通，A中我不认为存在it的共用问题，It指代language，很清楚，produce已经有that了，不需要It
