国内外题库有区别吗？

想请问各位, 国内的试题题库是否会比国外聪明呢？我听朋友说国内平均分都很高所以相对难度会高于国外的, 求鉴定.....

cannot think of why they want to do that~

from the stand point of business schools, they want their alumni network all over the world, i can only see more incentive for them to try to get more chinese students in their programs, instead of saying nono~

from the stand point of gmac, they just try to create tests for business schools all over the world, to find the best candidate via a testable, controllable way. i don't see why they want all the best chinese students go to 2nd level programs instead of the top ones.

again, i cannot think of why they want to do that~
