尽管没人量化出离散速度的变化是人为干扰的结果，也没有任何理由怀疑该效果与因the Mount Saint Helens爆发而看到的结果有质的区别。
我觉得应该意思应该是说既然不能证明是人为原因，那么也就不能否定其与Saint Helens爆发而产生结果的联系。供参考：）
