答案没有问题，只是一般来说，分词ｉｎｇ，也可以表示伴随意思,那么这里，选项Ｄ中的 applying可不可以理解成是与move是伴随的? to do A and to do B,表示A,B是同时进行的, 那么to do A, doing B,不也是表示A, B 是同时进行的吗?

什么叫改变了重心？是说to do A and to do B 是同样重要，而to do A, doing B，Ｂ变成了Ａ的依附了，　是这个意思吗？

基本对，to do A and to do B， 两个成分是并列的，而to do A, doing B就变成一个是主句部分，而另一个是修饰成分。每个部分在句子中的地位最好不要改变。

题目做对了，谁能翻译下这个句子？？？

请问，不考虑限制性定从这个原因，C用了分号后，前后2句各自应为独立句子，

后半句的that应看成是引导词，后半句缺主谓，错。

还是应将that看成是主语，由于分号的使用，导致前后2句信息断裂，that不能指代programs，缺失指代对象，错。

抑或是句子是对的，that可以指代programs。
