答案是D， 为什么的？

up to my ear in work：意思就是我的工作已经堆到我的耳朵了，表示工作实在太多了。

rain check：下次继续用的凭证。北美的商店有时会打折减价，如果你在促销期去买，但又没有货了，店家就可能给你一个凭证，等货到之后，不管那个时候价格如何，都会以现在促销的价格给你。这个凭证就是rain check。

这下就应该可以明白了吧

W：你如果打点肥皂在那个抽屉上面，就不会粘住了。

M：哦，可能吧。不过如果我把掉在后面的纸拿出来，肯定会有帮助的。

所以感觉B才对。
