Small studio for rent. It is on 8Ave between W51th and W52th on the 4th floor. No door man no elevator. It is a cozy studio however not a fancy one.
Dec 1- Jan 31. $2000 for each month. $3800 for both months. utilities are included.(internet, electricity)
$1000 deposit required and will be returned on the last day if nothing is missing or damaged.

You can see Times Sqare from downstairs and it is also very close to Central Park.
It is located in the middle of Hell's kitchen so longs of good bars and restaurants are around. (My studio is facing inside, so no noisy from the street)

4 blocks away from Restaurant Street, not far from 5 Ave, 42 street Bus terminal.
The studio is furnished. With one full size bed, 2 small tables, carpet on the floor. wireless router. All stuff needed for cooking. microwave, fridge...
In the bathroom there's a bathtub where you can show comfortably.
