这一题看不懂题目，问的是什么？求过程
In the decimal representation of x, where 0 < x < 1, is the tenths digit if x nonzero?
(1)16x is an integer.
(2)8x is an integer.

When tossed, a certain coin has equal probability of landing on either side.If the coin is tossed 3 times, what is the probability that it will land on the same side each time?这题为什么不是1/8？

第一道题说的是：对于处于0,1之间的小数X，它的十分位（也就是小数点后第一位）是否为0
条件1不充分：0.0625*16=1，是整数；0.125*16=2，是整数。所以x的十分位可以是0也可以不是0，条件1不充分。
条件2充分：8x是整数，说明x的小数部分最小是0.125（因为0.125*8=1），当x的十分位为0时，x的小数部分乘以8后不可能再得整数，因此x的十分位必不为0，条件2充分。

第二道题可以是正正正，也可以是反反反。正正正的概率是1/8，反反反的概率也是1/8，所以连续三次是同一面的概率是1/4
