The chemical adenosine is released by brain cells when those cells are active. 题目结论是:A这个东西和脑细胞结合导致了睡眠
题目要你选一个支持的选项,即是说这种结合和睡眠有关系
A说即使经过长时期的睡眠,这种结合的数量都不会减少。那么有可能睡眠和这种结合是没有关系的。这样来看,A选项反而是weaken了结论。

而且如果明天这道题考weaken的话你也不会就选B了啊,哈哈哈~~
