答案是C，我也知道C是两个that从句的并列修饰one，可是A得表述错在哪里我说不出，哪位高手能和我说说，顺便跟我说一下with的用法，好像很多考并列的题里都会出现而且作为错误选项，谢谢了。

个人觉得A的结构会让with a gross weight of ..有修饰an individual的嫌疑，意思很容易变得混淆不清。
