My name is **. I am at my last year in** University, majored in Accounting. I would like to apply for the MSc at the University of for Sept 2007 entry.
Education Background I did very well in many of subjects at my university, in particular, Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Advanced Mathematics and so on. In the past years study, I have been achieved GPA ** of 4. Besides, I enjoy the feeling of indulging myself in reading relevant books and theories. All in all, I have laid down certain
fundamentals in my specialty.
I realize the importance of practice so I have been very active in taking part in social activities and competitions. Especially as to my major, it requires not only managing theories but also practical skills when dealing with problems. In **, I attended the ** on behalf of my university, which is held by **.
With regarding to my English study, I passed the National College English test (**) as well as National College Oral English Test (Band *).
Besides, I am very fond of sports. From these sports games and exercises, I not only keep a healthy body but also build up the spirit of confidence and persistence.
Study Plan and Career Objective Business and Finance exist everywhere, from business firms to government organizations, from a small private shop to a transnational company. With the more and more precise division, many across subjects come into being. The four year study in university has laid me strong base, however, I know I should learn more and practice more before I compete with others in the labor market with severe competition. Though Chinese companies are in great need of talent in this field, current employment situation indicate that an undergraduate is in weak position. Therefore, I decide to further my study.
The reason I choose the ** as my destination is that its master program is carried out only in one year but with worldwide renowned reputation. And, I want to experience an independent and practical education pattern. As to the University of, I have long heard about it for its beautiful campus and high ratings both in teaching and researching. After careful consideration, I found the MSc is exactly the one I am looking for, as it is a subject specially designed for students who wish to broaden and deepen their understanding about Accounting within the context of a global environment.
