答案选C。但个人觉得E更好，F能比其他州更能吸引退休的人来居住，不是可以Weaken文中对F经济的影响吗？

First, it has nothing to do with other states whether or not the people moved there is more or less than FL.

Second, even FL attracts more people than rest of the states, it is still possible that the absolute number of the people moved to FL this year is still less than last ten years. And this cannot weaken the argument.

这道题真心不明白。

首先我看到f州的百分比下降，那么，总有原因的吧，这个原因只有跟其他州比了啊，

C选项又说，总的人数还增加了，然后E选项的解释竟然说，跟其他州没有关系，那么请问，跟其他州没关系，总人数还增加了，这百分比是怎么下降的啊?

百分比是指move to Flo的人数/move的总人数的比率，这个比率下降了不代表去FLO 的人就少了，只要分母的量增加大于分子的量，比率就会下降，所以C是可以成立的，其实当时我排除E是觉得它attract指代不明显就选C了

针对E选项，如果总人数下降了，即使去Florida的退休人员比其他州更多，但影响经济的是绝对人数呀，所以还是会造成相关产业的衰退~

导致经济收入下降的直接原因是销售收入下降，收入依靠人数（ps：其实收入和人数之间都可以weaken，一是人数二是购买力，但是题的说的不是这个。。。别管他了）人数下降导致收入下降，可是文中说的是百分比，人数和百分比之间明显不可划等号。上面楼说，F相比其他吸引更多的人，实际上就是百分比的具象表达，还是强调百分比，明显是错的
