I'm sure you're ambitious. However, one year's experience may help you have a good understanding of certain industry or job function, but it is too short to fully demonstrate your leadership potential, on which the adcoms of top 15 programs focus. Also, though you did not specify in your post, your GPA seems not high enough to compensate for your w/e. And GPA itself is still a main tool to assess a relatively fresh graduate. A few more years w/e can much better prepare you for a successful application.
Considering the average age of top 15 programs ranges from 26 to 28, if I were you, I would apply for top 10 after at least two more years. Then you might know better about what you want and where you are heading to in the future. Your experience in Cambridge is precious. Use it wisely when you're ready.
