C项对，没问题
但这里B选项，如果改成less intense competition，是不是也能作为答案？
还是说因为原文没提到过competition，即是答案合理也不对？
还有E项，有点似懂非懂，OG是说原文没有区分highly profitable products和other products，是不是就是说没有定义什么是highly profitable？

This is must-be-true type of question, the easiest of all. The answer choice has to contain nothing but what have been said in the passage. Any new information would lead to a wrong answer.

B中我觉得sales和profits之间的关系不一定是由这个行业的竞争导致的。可能是因为别的原因。而且可能40%在pharmacy领域算是很低的利润水平。而60%在chemical算是高利润水平。
