162. The interview is an essential part of a successful hiring program because, with it, job applicants who have personalities that are unsuited to the requirements of the job will be eliminated from consideration.

问一下 若D 改成 :(D) One of the purpose of an interview is to evaluate whether job applicants’ personalities are suited to the requirements of the job.是不是正确答案 

我当时 读 题目时:有这个推理,就是:感觉 把两句话连接起来 就成了架桥。不知道这种想法对部队 ?

我觉得改了也不对.目的正确,不能保证目的实现。即目的正确不是充分条件. C答案是充分条件。

楼上说的对,the purpose of interview 是测试applicants's personalities 是不是适合工作,但是没有充分说明interview一定可以保证实现。

C正好是搭桥了,而且充分

E可以这样理解

把E取非,并不影响原题推理。而且once这个副词比较古怪。出现了most,这个原题没提到过
