一道GWD题答案和prep模拟的答案不一样。。求指导！！！

GWD给的答案是B。但是官网下的那个模拟软件给的是D。。。求那个对。。另外。那个模拟软件的答案可信吗、?我每次做都打击很大！！！！！！25号考的孩子在颤抖。。。。

应该是D吧。。GWD答案错挺正常啊。。 a United States citizen hold。。至少这个主谓错了吧。。

首先是making正确，因为是law；然后for sb. to hold这个正确，只剩下D了。
