与答案不一样啊求解

Each person on a committee with 40 members voted for excatly one of 3 candidates, F,G,or H. Did Candidate F receive the most votes from the 40 votes cast?
(1)Candidate F received 11 of the votes
(2)Candidate H received 14 of the votes

因为40/3=13.333 > 11。既然F都不到平均，显然不是最多的。

NO.1. line1垂直于line2，line2 垂直于line3，那么在同一个plane里，这就可以推出，line1平行line3.（刚才打错了，囧）所以需要两个条件，判断出，不垂直。。。所以选C。

NO.2. 第一个条件中，说11个人投票给F，那么40个voter，40-11=29，剩下的29个人不是投票给G,就是H。那么这个时候，29个人的组合，你想一下，怎么都不可能F成老大，所以这个条件可以判断，F did not receive the most votes.那么这时候就可以继续看第二个条件。
第二个条件，H收到了14个votes，那么不足以判断另两个人的状况。。。
所以第一个可以判断did or did not。。。。所以就A
