换了小飞机后,造成其它飞机delay their takeoffs,就不是quick turnaround

我觉得不是削弱呢

1。这是个优点。
2。油价不管升降,飞机都要用。且Skybus 油更efficient
3.机械师失业是机械师的问题呀。和公司计划无关
4。竞争者的问题和公司计划无关。

(B) Aviation fuel is projected to decline in price over the next several years.无关,油价下降对于两种机型都是有利的。
(C) The fuel efficiency of the Skybus would enable Northern Air to eliminate refueling at some of its destinations, but several mechanics would lose their jobs.注意这里replace的初衷是为了省钱有效率,而裁员与之无关。原文是一个plan,注意削弱plan的时候要注意削弱plan不能达到目的。
(D) None of Northern Air's competitors that use Belleville Airport are considering buying Skybuses.与其他的竞争者无关,不能削弱。
(E) The aerodynamic design of the Skybus causes turbulence behind it when taking off that forces other planes on the runway to delay their takeoffs.会影响效率,削弱了plan的目的。
