答案是E 我觉得也对 但是我觉得为什么D不对 如果把D取反 那么能够对原文结论产生影响

D是无关项了. 题干一直在说sulfites.没有提到其它的东西.

原文结论中提到的是without risking an allergic reaction to sulfites
所以即使存在其他的allergic reaction也不会削弱原文结论,因为原文结论根本就没有提到其他的allergic reaction
