正确答案是E，我选的是C，因为觉得C里面提到的private delivery收费更高不能作为postal service提价有理的依据，而E里面的消费指数上涨剧烈（=通涨？）使得postal sevice价格上升是可以理解的，因此可以削弱原文对于其价格上涨职责的削弱。

那么为什么要选C呢？？？不明白，跪求指点~

正确答案是E,但是感觉上E从原文得不到推断，为什么可以作为conclusion？？

1. 题干没有提到关于C里面的private delivery. 你对E的理解是正确的.

第七题我也选了C，后来感觉E选项物价涨了超过3倍似乎无法一定说明题干中涨了10倍的邮资，但对于C选项还是不懂。。。

注意题干最后的“We’re trying to decide whether he committed suicide or died trying to escape.”
归纳题很重要的一点就是结论最好要用到最后一个条件，这里显示犯人的死已经毫无疑义只是方式问题，因此同样的类比到反对派领袖的死，可以推测他的死不出意外，而政府操纵的只是“suicide or trying to escape”死亡的方式而已，因此可以推测政府与反对派领袖之死有关。

谢谢解答~~嗯，我也觉得那个whether句子显得有些可疑。我是用排除法做的，ABD很显然是有问题，所以剩下了C和E，然后觉得E推出答案有点悬，毕竟原文没有直接信息支持E……我昨晚又想了想，觉得C里面那个head of regime可能是C选项错误的一个直接原因，引文原文完全没有提到这个head，等于是引入了一个无关信息，而且narrow了原文的信息改变了它的范围，所以不选C……你觉得有可能是这个原因么？？

嗯~我也觉得head of regime这个信息在原文没有出现，改变了范围。个人觉得提供新信息的选项不是不可以选，但一定要保持和文章所讲的范围一致~
而从文义上看C选项显然和原文相悖，所以选的E~
