When an airplaneis taken out of service for maintenance, it is often repainted as well, andduring the repainting no other maintenance work can be done on the plane. In order to reduce maintenance time, airlineofficials are considering using a new nontoxic plastic film instead ofpaint. The film takes just as long toapply as paint does, but many other maintenance tasks can be carried out at thesame time.

选B, E为什么不对呢，film就会很attached,不用经常换，不也节省了maintenance的时间了吗

the goal:reduce maintenance time

E says that the film will be remain attached even when the plane is flying at higher than normal speed. it emphasizes the function of the film, and the function of the film has nothing to do with reducing maintenance time.

talk about B, i think the key here is the film can be quickly removed.
BTW, it seems wired that B can help offical achieve their goal which is to reduce maintenance time. the connection is not so right.
