我的思路：明白题干是要问，以下哪个放上去说明这个荒谬。
我想说
A irrelevent, 因为都在说服兵役的死亡，与提干中的civilization无关
B 我认为是支持，用了一个百分比说明，但是还有一些无关，因为armed force谁知道到底在哪里在国外？国内？，所以认为是有些支持+无关
CE无关，很明显的
