dhxy，nevia，你们两位对逻辑的有关无关还不是很清晰。逻辑题一定要先弄清楚题目到底是在讲什么，然后严格遵守题目给你的信息，在它设定的框框之内回答，任何超出框框的，即使是对的，也跟本论述无关。有关无关排除法可以解决GMAT逻辑90%的问题，所以一定要好好掌握。

以本题为例，题目说到的是，委员会会同意提案，因为提案对委员会的捐赠者有利。这里，有关的人物就是：委员会、捐赠者（和环境学家是没有关系的），有关的事件就是：因为提案对捐赠者有利，所以委员会会同意。再抽象一点，有关的事件就是：是什么决定了委员会是否同意提案。

这就是有关无关排除。如果你们看OG解释看多了的话，你们会明白错误选项是没有建立起A和B之间的关系。而A和B之间的关系往往是几乎所有逻辑题的重心，或者说是focus。

P.S.本题属于因果型削弱。削弱方向是有因无果或无因有果或他因，或原因数据有误。本题因是对捐赠人有利，果是同意plan。答案是无因有果：对捐赠人不利（无因），同意plan（有果）。
