income to the average(arithmetic mean) of 100 units of Country R's currency and 1 percent of one's annual income. Which
of the following represents the simpllified formala for computing the income tax, in Country R's currency, for a person
in that country whose annual income is I ?
答案是 50+（I除以40）

2. 说 2^n=n^2的n有几个？

第一题是 2%+（100+1%）/2

这位好心人，对于第一题，你能简单翻译一下么？不懂啊
对于第二题，n=2,4都可以，但我感觉好像n=一个负数时也可以，这样不就有三个满足条件的N了么？
