for a finite sequence of nonzero, the number of variations is sign is defined as the number of pairs of consecutive terms of the sequence for which the product of the two consecutive terms is negative. What is the number of variations in sign for the sequence 1,-3,2,5,-4,-6 ?
这个题目究竟表达的是什么意思嘞？怎么绕不懂呢……
consecutive terms 要求的是连续的数字吗？还是什么别的意思？

好像懂了。
Sequence是指按顺序排列，不可随意更改顺序。即不可随意更改1、-3、2、5、-4、-6的顺序。
所以题目问的就是连续两项相乘的积为负数有多少对。
答案为（1，-3）（-3,2）（5，-4）
