Spacious fully furnished master room in 2 bed/ 1bath apt is available for sublease from July 1st to August 31th at Merrifield, Dunn Loring. Move-in and move-out date is negotiable. Either male or female is OK. You are gonna have the whole master room with big closet and totally private space all by yourself. The room is new without any living before. So you are lucky to be the first master of my new room. Facing south, the apartment would have great lighting. In addition, you will have big fully facilitated kitchen and a wonderful balcony with good view. Located at the middle level, no worry about too hot in the summer. Your roommates are two nice girls who are very quiet, cleaning and easygoing.(One in small bedroom and one in living room). One of them have car so you can have free riding. The price is $585 per month not including utilities.
