可以连接，但是不等同于and，
A，B，andC，三者是并列关系
A，B，as well as C，c跟前面的是从属关系

as well as和and 的区别
As well as可以做平衡连接词，前后对等，但其和and有区别如下：
A 固定用法中不能替换，如x1，x2，and x3，如both…and…
B as well as 不能连接句子
C as well as 两种情况是介词（连接名词和谓语动词时是介词）
