答案是E 难道是因为题中没有说只有这两种人？

138. 一个村庄里，13个人干嘛，7个人干嘛，没有其他条件，问两个都干的人数是多少？
（1）什么都不干的是4人。
（2）一共有20人。

45. As long as you do not know how many non-students are employed, you cannot know how many students are employed.
