这道题的正确答案是A，用排除法可以得到改选项没错，但是该选项中出现了`many`，在OG12及其补充材料中出现该字眼的题目似乎都是错的，因为该词体现了部分性没有体现整体性
所以我在想，是不是CR和SC一样，都是在找一个想比较而言最好的答案呢？
想听听大家的看法？

A makes perfect sense. If laidoff workers can find jobs, the insurance and unemployment shouldn't increase. But if they cannot find jobs, they the argument makes perfect sense

Many should change to MOST.
