it is all about negotiation, whether you can get what you want is depended on how much they want you and how hard they can find a replacement for you. since you didn't negotiate well at the first place, you should prepare for the worst when you re-negotiate with A1, prepare that you have to leave A and find another job, or you bear it for another year.
