i have a IT job in Japan nowand i am gonna have a MBA course in UK (warwick or cass).
try my best to balance the work and the study so one-year course attracts me a lot.
After finish the course, i want to turn back and have a chance to enter into the IB.
Just give me some advices about my idea,

No offence, but I doubt MBA from Warwick or Cass is targeted by BB IB in HK. (Though not sure about IB in London)

Also, without an internship, I would imagine it will be difficult for you to break into FO from BO.

EDIT: JP = Japan?? I thought JP = JPM...>.<

在lehman没垮之前是算是可行的，但是那之后就不可行了。
你应该知道日本就业现在是什么样子。

MBA要转行基本都是依赖学校的network，一旦转不了行，回到原来的基本不需要MBA的行业
如IT行业，那很有可能就是很大的一个Discount。

中国人在日本做IT（特别是日系本土企业）最大的不足就是一没有上升机会，二没有行业经验。
每个月守着那几十万日元，去个超市买水果都要衡量再三；明知道没发展也要继续混。

现在IT转IB不太可能了，就算是那些著名TOP估计也是一样。但是转金融还有可能，
networking强的学校比如长江就可以，看到好几个了。

好后悔当初为了省钱，为了奖学金去了日本读书。点背，08之后日本经济就没好过。
