第一题逻辑问的是什么？
第二题题目解释说：ROG税的system提倡人民借钱，将利息算为tax relief，同时它的法律令存钱很不划算因为存钱而获得的利息要付税的。但是它的结论指Grootland的tax system不会一直维护着borrower超过saving.所以答案里一定要袒护saving. 所以 tax relief in Groothland for those portions of a taxpayer's income, if any, that are set aside to increase that taxpayer's total savings应该是对的因为这个表示savings 还是有一定的tax relief.
