答案是：In the kind of discussion at issue, the advantages of desirable reactions to the term "explosion" outweigh the drawbacks, if any, arising from the undesirable reactions to that term.

If the information above is correct and the anlyst's projections prove to be accurate, which of the following projections must also be accurate?
答案是： In 2010 the paper industry will use at least twice as much recycled pulp as it did last years.

我觉得
第一题
第一句话是背景材料，跟解题无关
第二句话说explosion有好处，即能满足desirable reaction，而"energetic disassembly"没有
结论就是所有讨论中都应该用explosion
而这里面就有个权衡，即desirable reaction 与 undesirable reaction 之间的收益与代价，而结论支持的是选择用explosion，这里就隐含着一个assumption
显然，assumption应该是desirable reaction 与undesirable reaction之间权衡后的结果，肯定desirable reaction的收益大才选他嘛。所以得解。TEST取非，如果收益比成本小，就不会选explosion。

第二题
其实用数学式子可以看出
fresh09大于等于2倍recycled09
fresh10（至少等于姑且写等于）=recycled10
fresh10大于fresh09。所以fresh10大于2倍recycled09
而用recycled10替代fresh10，
得出recycled10至少大于recycled09

It's better to list all the answer choices for a specific logic question since sometimes you can use elimination method to nail down the right answer even if you have no idea what the right answer is talking about.
