正确答案是C没有问题。我的问题在于，为什么用support of labor?
不是Support from sb.么？什么时候用OF？

楼主，这是SC题，貌似发错区。
个人理解呢，support做为名词，表示“。。。的帮助”的时候，support of 和support from都可以，但从这道题来讲，没有support from，所以无从比较具体在句子中support of和support from哪个更合体。但是receive是瞬时动作，用进行时态显然不合适。
The team gets a lot of support from its fans。和He applied for financial support from the state.是Merriam-webster上的例句，显然support from表示源自哪里的支持没错。
我个人理解，support作为名次，用of表达所属格用来表示谁的帮助也是可以的。
