Hey there! Yes, the easiest way to understand this word “vision” is simply long-term goal. If it is possible to think even MORE broadly than long term goals, then this is the place to do it. So for example, if your long term goal is to build a huge electronics redistribution firm, the vision might be to “change the face of the electronics business in China.” So perhaps, even BIGGER-picture than a long term goal. But if there is no bigger picture, and if all you talk about here is a long-term goal, that is just fine.
