请教一个沸沸逻辑题

It is likely, for example, that Isaac Newton's psychological problems were due to mercury poisoning; traces of mercury were found in his hair. 答案选是的B，我就想不通了，这个里面的逻辑关系在哪？

前几天我也遇到了这题，也选错了，A

题目我是看懂了，有点类比

N的毛发中含M--->导致精神问题
B的毛发中含M--->治疗V病--->导致耳聋

假设应当与ingest M有关。或者说是注射M的目的只有治疗V病，才能使上面的推理通顺。B取非想一下，如果同时代的人有为了其他原因注射M，那么就不能推论B是得了V并才要注射M的

嗯。。你这么一说我是明白了。。不过这个题目也真的算是含蓄的啊。。
B说得模模糊糊的。。。
