Responsibilities

Responsible for on-boarding activities for clients globally for all lines of business within the firm

Handle the on-boarding process for clients and brokers to ensure regulatory requirements such as AML/KYC are fulfilled

Handle clients queries relating to account opening

Liaise between Front Office, Operations, Credit, Legal, Compliance and regional offices to ensure the process of account opening is as efficient as possible

Maintain complete records of client/broker documents in our documentation depository

Act as the single point of contact for internal and external clients

Actively involve in projects relating clients and client reference data

Produce monthly/ quarter report to business or ORM

Requirements

University graduate in any discipline

At least 2 years of experience working in client on-boarding related roles within financial Institutions

Sound knowledge of AML/KYC and good knowledge of financial markets

Experience in client service is a plus but not essential

Excellent communication skills, strong team player and good interpersonal skills

Fluency in Japanese and English is essential

Candidates with more experience could be considered as Associate level
