Between 1994 and 1996, the number of RDS radio stations in Verdland increased from 250 to 600. However, since the number of RDS-equipped radios in Verdland was about the same in 1996 as in 1994, the number of Verdlanders receiving the special program information probably did not increase significantly.

这个是这样断句的
极少电台（有rds系统的）（94年之后的）播放对听众（有rds的）（住在一些地区《以前不能收到rds的》）

挺有意思的，我看望这道题，觉得D完全就是重复原题，是不对的。后来这个题以前的讨论里我还发现我三年前死活不明白D为什么不对……在感慨一下吧。那么久了

要收听RDS电台必须有RDS装备，在某地区，1994到1996年间RDS电台增加了很多，但是装有RDS装备的人数没增加，那么收听RDS电台的数量也就不会有什么增加。

A怎么解释成这个结论的假设呢？？

验证假设可以用取非削弱
取非后， if any of the RDS radio stations （that began broadcasting in Verdland after 1994 ）broadcast to people （with RDS-equipped radios）（ living in areas not previously reached by RDS stations).
有的在1994年之后成立的r电台向有r设备但是以前收不到电波的地方的人们播放。
其实这个前提是数量上：电台变，收音机不变，结论收到的不变。由收音机不变到接收的人不变，就隐含着，有收音机就有收听这个假设。比如有的地方收不到信号，有收音机也没用啊，这个选项就是架这么个桥。

顶楼上，题目就是暗含了多少收音机=多少人收听，即每个人都能手能收到信号
